How much the message is nonverbal really depends on what the person says. I think it's less of "knowing" at some mystical level, and more of deep convolutional nets reporting that something must not be quite right in a, well, convoluted way, but you got the gist of it.

Society is built upon deception and not upon straight up communication. I think that MSM has made that abundantly clear these past few months! We have no way of knowing who is speaking the truth unless we pay attention to the non verbal cues. Thanks for the comment.
