They probably taste better than regular bagels, which I've always thought were a bit over-rated.

They taste pretty good - I tried them with cream cheese, smoked salmon and avocado, and on a different occasion, with bacon and eggs. Both worked really well. They were a bit flat - next time I'll make the circle tighter and hopefully they won't spread out too much.
