The spring is here, and it's beautiful. In our country of Ukraine, we usually eat shashlyk during spring and the summer times, as tradition. Everyone is out grilling the meat wherever they can a place for it, and the smell is amazing, and it reminds me of my childhood.
Nothing is better than shashlyk a varm spring day on the balcony with an ice cream on the side. =) I can't think of anything better.
