My Struggle with Loneliness and Alcohol - MGTOW

in life •  7 years ago  (edited)

In today's video I wanted to share some personal struggles I've been dealing with over the last few weeks.

I was let go from my corporate matrix job and it left me in a situation where my hustle and loyalty was rewarded with a pink slip.

I also discuss the struggle to live in the United States with the mindless consumerist zombies.

Especially the women I see day to day are in no way interested in a romantic relationship with me, or any Man for that matter.

They are too interested in their smartphones, apps, and dogs to care about making a Man happy.

This MGTOW journey is the right one for me, but it is not without it's struggles.

I hope that by my sharing what I'm dealing with that it will help me heal and will hopefully help someone else out there dealing with the same things.

What do you think about MGTOW who deal with loneliness and alcohol and how can we fellow MGTOW brothers help them?

Thanks for the comment and support @steemcleaners !

I shared a very personal and difficult part of my life. This is very much #introduceyourself in my opinion. I do not plan on reusing it for other videos but I thought it was appropriate for this one.

Appreciate your time and the service you provide!

Fuck Alcohol & Glad to see you on Steemit Kris. I am just starting with this too.

Appreciate the support @valorforfreedom !! You're going to kill it here on Steemit! Look forward to collabing on here.

I got on alcohol during my days working in construction. I left the industry and would later stopped alcohol when it made me feel sick with stomach flue like symptoms. That's how I got out of alcohol. Been clean for 1 and a half years.

Thanks for sharing @sofdmc Congrats on 1.5 yrs. Very inspiring.

Alcohol is pushed on society and Men in particular and then we wonder why it takes out so many of us.

Listening to your vid as I type this. I get alcoholism, been there. What I don't get is what your site and general presence is all about as all I see everywhere is referral links to who knows what. Selling that shit in Steemit posts doesn't really work.

You know bro you're looking at the wrong type of women. I'm nothing great myself but I got to tell you it's all about filtering out the materialistic, shallow ones and going for the gold. The ones sitting there in the club or pretending to work out in the gym aren't the ones that are the relationship type if you get what I mean without me being too offensive here.

Appreciate you taking the time @guiltyparties

I've removed the affiliate links per your suggestion. I am still learning my way on STEEMIT and to your point it is much more personal compared to posting my vids on YouTube. Your tip is much appreciated.

It is a complicated subject, with many layers, but I would say if you are unfamiliar with MGTOW or Men Going Their Own Way I recommend you checking out my post "Top 10 MGTOW Channels on YouTube".

I agree with you that club THOTS and fitness chicks are not the best marriage material.

Thanks for reaching out and I have followed and upvoted!

Now that I think about it, I've heard about MGTOW before. I get that since as you outlined in your vid, a whole slew of women decided to go their own way already and where the hell that headed no one knows.

To get more in tune with Steemit I'd recommend jumping on Steemit.chat once in a while. It's a good place to get to know people and get started. I've transitioned to this platform from a static site and message board myself so I can answer any questions on how to make this work.

Welcome to Steem @kriscantu I have upvoted and sent you a tip
