Breath! You are already calm and happy

Every present moment is the happiest moment. It is only to be realized. Happiness is already knocking at the door, we just have to open the door and windows of our heart to let it enter. It is already within us; it is waiting at our door, but how to connect with it, how to experience it, and finally how to let it enter our lives.
The simplest and easiest way to feel the happiness within us, and make our-self instantly calm and happy is through conscious breathing. I do not call it meditation because it can be practiced anywhere and anytime, no matter whatever you are doing. It is simply breathing, nothing else but mindful breathing.It makes us aware of the present; it makes all worries go out of our mind and calms us, relaxes us.
