It is Thursday and it is the time to go to the gym

Hello my dear friends!

It is Thursday today and I am going to the gym. You know I am a big fan of sports. Unfortunately it is too hot in Odessa in recent days and our trainings have turned into torture. We have a good air conditioning in the gym but some people are against its using. They are afraid to catch a cold and that is why we exercise in the heat. I know that it is not good for health but do not want to miss my workouts. I am planning to exercise at home in such hot days but the only problem is that I will have to exercise without my favorite coach. Do you face such problems in your countries too my friends? And how do you find a solution to them? I wish you all a nice day!)

Сегодня четверг, и я иду в спортзал. Вы знаете, что я большой поклонник спорта. К сожалению, в последние дни в Одессе слишком жарко, и наши тренировки превратились в пытки. У нас есть хороший кондиционер в тренажерном зале, но некоторые люди против его использования. Они боятся простудиться, и поэтому мы тренируемся в жару. Я знаю, что это плохо для здоровья, но не хочу пропускать мои тренировки. Я планирую заниматься дома в такие жаркие дни, но единственная проблема в том, что мне придется заниматься без моего любимого тренера. Kill it, its all about consistancy! I make sure i run at least once a day, not really a fan of the gym but i play soccer so it makes it easier since you have a whole team to train with

You can always replace the gym and take a trip to the Caribbean, take long walks on the white sandy beaches...You would definitely get your cardio and conditioning

Same here but for jogging.

I started jogging at 9pm instead of during the day. Otherwise I feel completely exhausted.

I can't believe people would be against using the air-conditioning. Days like these are the whole reason of having one.

Some people are scared to catch a cold. But I feel exhausted without using the air-conditioning and can do nothing. Thank you for the comment. Have a nice day)

I think its a problem everywhere. Then i changed my timings, enters the gym when nobody else was there and enjoys my workout.

Gets a bit hot here in the summer time probabloy no where near as hot as some countries though. I usually do my workout in the morning before it gets too hot.
