We even do not notice how we waste it, spoiling our mood with daily problems. If you feel sad - just look around.

There is such a beauty around us. We live in the best world. Look - how beautiful are the clouds above your head, notice a smile of a little kid, feel the smell of flowers in your garden. Never let small difficulties make you sad. Some people have deadly diagnoses and with all this learnt to be happy with each moment of their life. So why we are so unthankful? Try to find pluses in everything.

Your wife or husband cheated on you? Well, it is a chance to get rid off a bad person in your life and to start a new page, much better than the previous one. Your lost your work? Who knows, maybe you will find a work of your dream now. Every loss gives us a chance that something better will come in our life in return. Never forget about this. And try to be an optimist. My mother used to say:"The darkest hour is that before the dawn." And I agree with these wise words, they always helped me in the most difficult moments of my life. "Bad times are always followed by good ones."
