Me and my husband wanted to have dinner at Kepong. We decided to go to Kaka Bak Kut Teh, our BKT session spot.
After about 20 minutes, we arrived, surprisingly not much of a jam because of the road infront Aeon is under construction. We ordered the Mixed cut pot, without any “spare parts”, and also some Yao Char Kuey. Hungry as we were, we all dug in as soon as the pot arrived. My husband topped his personal pot of Bak Kut Teh with golden mushrooms, one of his favorite side dishes as an appetizer.
The soup at Kaka never fails to turn out flavorful, the taste is always really consistent, and so are the pork cuts. This place is almost always crowded in the weekend- with all the everyone coming over to have a nice dinner or supper after a night out.
Bill came up to around 20rm per person, which is pretty cheap for bak kut teh. I will highly recommend anybody to come visit this stall if you want to look for some Bak Kut Teh!
