Both explain how suffering is unfortunately a part of life, however, your perspective can alter the experience you have. Look at a negative situation for what it is but never worse than what it is and always remember that everything happens for you and not to you.
Whenever you’re walking a dark path or have problems. There’s a bunch of things about you that are underdeveloped because you’ve avoided looking at them and there’s parts of you you have avoided developing because it’s difficult to develop those parts.
It’s by virtual necessity that what you need is where you don’t wanna look because that’s where you’ve kept it. The gateway to wisdom and personality is through the porthole that you don’t want to climb through.
