The Common Mistakes of Trainees working inside the Company

I guess some of us started their jobs or trainings imperfectly. Nobody's perfect after all, but they said practice makes perfect and practice makes permanent that is why, today I'm gonna give you an eyeopener tip and guidance to avoid sometimes imperfection specially that we are dealing our jobs or training. What makes this important is we are referring to a serious type of
Situation. I guess all of us really need to have a source of our needs and wants, and that's why finding a job is our turn point indeed. To avoid gossip and words from others lets just try to avoid simple thing like this when we are following rule in our workplace.

It is prohibited to have mobile phones inside the company especially when you're working your tasks in an actual field or an office. You are not doing your right job properly,you are a irresponsible and useless person to do that, make your self busy and avoid using mobile phones .

Not Asking Questions

You are not asking question to your direct manager or even your co-workers ,it means you already know about the discussion or topic. Don't pretend that you will know everything about the company .Try to ask them.

Not Being Courteous to Supervisors

You must listen to the supervisors always about the rules and regulations of the company. If they give you a task,make sure you do it and prove to them that you can do it and finish it on time or given dealine.

Badmouthing The Company

After the training in actual field or in the office,you make sure to prevent saying bad words to the company. Avoid making issues in the company , if you have a problem to them ,you make sure you didn't share something about the information of the compa

Being Late or Absent in Work

For other company ,being late is considered absent . You make sure you are there on time . For instance , here in the Philippines we are working 8hours for regular or full time job. There are also other companies exceeded at 5pm or overtime.The working hours will start at 8:00am in the morning and it will end by 5:00pm in the afternoon.

Focus on your work ,avoid doing other things that will distract you and not important to you when you did your work or tasks. Try to show your capability ,efforts and dedication to your work and to get higher position or being promoted in the position that you have.
