What, though, is introversion? It is a mode of operation, to put it simply. This indicates that you must exert effort to be a part of a group. It does use up your energy. to the point where it is imperative that you spend some time alone in order to recharge.
It doesn't appear to be much... But this introversion can be problematic if you don't already know each other.
You will have a tendency to shy away from social interactions, or even worse, you will think that you are unable to communicate with your friends and coworkers. You'll think you're not speaking and that you're not capable of giving a stellar presentation!
That's WRONG, though! You are up to the task.
But let's get back to the topic of this article. How can an introvert find happiness?
Know your working method.
I'm sorry. This advice was somewhat hinted at in the previous sentence.
You now recognise that it is crucial to be aware of your introverted mode of operation.
You must schedule time for solitary reflection after each social interaction because you need to conserve your energy. You must schedule an introverted break. There is no doubt that you should use this opportunity to read your emails or work. You need to engage in a few reinvigorating and energising activities, such as walking, reading, and listening to music.
Limiting the quantity and length of these exchanges will be very helpful. Don't feel bad... Avoid any meeting where your attendance is not required if at all possible.
Lastly, get ready for your exchanges! If you are certain of the steps involved and the goals, then... The conversation will be more relaxed. Your preparation will give you comfort, make you more receptive because your arguments are ready, and everything will move more quickly. For instance, always create an agenda with a time limit for meetings.
