Nobody's life on earth has ever been a peaceful, long river. Furthermore, it must be understood that nobody is quiet—except for those who are dead. Knowing that you are not alone gives you comfort when you realise that it is true.
Of course, you're not the only one going through some hardship. Simply put, not many people discuss it.
In actuality, everyone deals with significant challenges to some degree. Some people deal with issues that you and I don't, such as war, famine, and extreme poverty. Since you've read this far, you don't have his issues. Thus, you don't experience any major issues. They aren't major issues if you don't have these essential issues. Of course, problems, health issues, fatalities, and other aspects of life can affect us all in varying degrees.
However, relativization is the intended outcome. Certainly, you are frequently devastated when a serious issue arises. It's typical. I want you to know that some people suffer more than you do, though. It's true that comparing our misfortunes to those of others isn't always very ethical.
However, it enables us to appreciate how fortunate you are to possess certain things. Going back to those fundamentals can sometimes help us feel better. Life is difficult "to a certain extent" for everyone, however, and this observation holds true for all people.
Now that you are aware that everyone experiences their own unique set of challenges, you must view your own challenges as opportunities. Would it be interesting if everyone had access to everything easily? Obviously not.
All you have to do is picture a muscular world. Will that increase your values? No, that would be a pointless matter. Likewise, everyone would be wealthy. Would the value be the same?
You must realise that it is only through difficulty that you will grow a steely sense of confidence. This explains why the majority of people today lack confidence, without a doubt. They demand everything right away, making even the smallest effort is obviously impossible. because the age of instant gratification is here.
That is to say, anything that provides instant gratification without demand. Usually, junk food, television shows, making excuses, etc. In a nutshell, it's giving in to little, simple, and fast pleasures. Obviously, moderate consumption is okay.
You and I both know that the vast majority completely abuse these minor pleasures, though. Since there is little competition today, it is relatively simple to stand out from the crowd. Therefore, if you consistently push yourself to do so, life will get easier and easier. In order to convince yourself of this, keep in mind that no matter what decisions you make, life is difficult.
