Let some things go so that even better things can reach ussteemCreated with Sketch.

I eventually realised that letting go is not a sign of weakness but of strength and maturity. Even though it hurts to say goodbye, I know certain things must end.

We have forgotten numerous things, including situations, habits, and people.

Today, you are what you left behind yesterday to create a more true present, even if it hurt.

Each stride ahead frees us from what can't last, what hurts, and what fits our happiness gears.

Assuming that living frequently entails breaking ties and letting go of things that previously gave us delight and hope is challenging.

However, if we acknowledge it, we are better prepared to endure these periods when looking behind means "detaching ourselves" from the past.

Like these boulders charged with the sorrow of the swell, surviving solely in memory and what you have let go will disintegrate you rather than enrich and inspire you.

Free yourself, move on, and embrace your experience as if it were a priceless treasure: it nourishes you from the inside and helps you follow the best path, the one that opens up balance and lets you experience all you need to.

We let go of things we believed in, and they often made us happy.

The joys, love, and hope of yesterday explain today's suffering and the difficulties of unlearning a person or situation.

Even what was excellent previously may now hurt you. Even your lovers can drift further from you each day, like someone who pulls a flower's petals until all that's left are its thorns.

It is difficult to accept what we have been told so many times: to live is to let go without resisting. How to accomplish this?

We all need daily affirmation and affection today and tomorrow.

Let go with courage and know yourself. We must recognise our limits and our goals.

We know that no line of the hand promises happiness.

However, we have the right to entangle our fingers with those of another, someone who fills us with feelings and provides well-being.

If the person holding our hand leads us to unhappiness, we must let go and choose our own route, even if love remains.

Even with compassion and passion, not all relationships are healthy, and not all loves understand respect.

Self-esteem and a brave attitude that preserves our dignity can help us avoid these circumstances and stop sitting passively by the side of sorrow.

We must also let go of those who don't wish to be with us.

Clinging to the past enslaves minds, hearts, and souls. No one can erase, change, or forget the past.

We cannot change others or make them adore us. To overcome certain life issues, we must first embrace them.

Love usually makes us suffer the greatest, thus learning to let go is part of loving. Only when we realise that some things must cease can we be free and happy.
