Little things you can do to end the day in style and, most importantly, to get your energy back.

You might feel worn out and stressed after a long day of work, unable to relax and keep thinking about emails and meetings.

But the day isn't over yet. There are hobbies, social events, kids to care for, and food to make... In short, we might feel worried or tired after work, which is why it's important to take a few minutes to make sure our bodies and minds are ready for the next step.

Set up a space between work and play. This could be your drive, but if you work from home, give yourself a break by putting your computer in a different room or a drawer. That way, you can spend your evening at home without being around your work.

In the same way, don't check your emails, Slack, or Microsoft Teams texts because it will make it harder to tell the difference between work and personal life.
