Yoga is a special discipline that enables the conscience of human beings to adapt to higher sensations and accept the infinite cognition behavior that is happening around the world without any help. Yoga is the joining of body, mind and soul or mind-word-action or soul and God. If it is not, then it is not a sum.

Man wants happiness, prosperity, wants a beautiful life and ultimately wants to succeed in life. For this, desire, aspiration and good thoughts are absolutely necessary and also unwavering dedication and hard work. When we come to make this serialization, then the art of living life comes.

That's why yoga comes to us as a method of making life beautiful. Yoga makes a person's behavior balanced. Behavior is directly related to a person's level of stress and stress to our mental health. Yoga enhances skill development in us. The important contribution of yoga is that it makes a person spiritual. Yoga has been an important part of our lifestyle since ancient times. Yoga is nothing but overhyped commercial form of circus. Some poor guys earn their bread selling that crap.

Many people misunderstood Yoga as a form of doing physical exercise. But truth is Yoga is way of life. People have managed many chronic ailments with yoga avoiding heavy medicines.

He is a journalist. Not a scientist. Yoga is not better than homeopathy. Just another form of fraud.

There are things in the world which are better understood when experienced like smell. How can one define smell of a flower? It has to be understood by smelling it. Same rule lies with Yoga.

Regarding the link you provided, i can only say one thing. All research papers are not equal. All pseudoscience practitioners will do research and publish in some of the dedicated journals that accept only pseudoscience or some low quality paid journals. Mainstream scientific community will not even look into such crap.
