    So may I ask as a newbie, how do we info such as this out when Im searching out cryptos to invest in ? This sounds seriously dodgy and totally manipulative and gives the general cryptocurrency community in general a bad name, especially to people who dont understand!
    The newbies need an 'Idiots' guide please. All advice gratefully recieved.

          you should read more about ripple before posting such things. They have no access to most of the ripple they own just a little percentage most of the premined ripple will be used for e.g inflation.

              Well, they don't have to own them to hold them. As far as I remember though, they also don't administer them, I read some time ago that nobody has access to them and they are distributed into the market every month. If you want to be 100% sure though I suggest you to read the white paper or check out their website
