Snowsports holidays were invented in Switzerland in the 19th century. And nowadays for Swiss beauty, hotel or chalet experience, delicious cuisine and unrivalled infrastructure, Switzerland remains the world’s premier winter sports destination.
Here you can board a train right at the airport terminal (Zürich or Geneve) with connections to any of the country’s major
ski resorts. It's spectecular view on mountains from train windows!!! And train trip is also very romantic.
** Zermatt is a car-free resorts, very beautiful, i can add glamourous place and very comfortable for family rest. **
Swiss resorts with glaciers, like Zermatt are open in summer and in winter. We didn't ski this year and spent only one night with our friends in this place, in a fabulous swiss chalet. But I would like to come back.
This looks out of the world for sure.
Zermatt is surely on my bucket list and I wonder when I shall go there.

There is a place in India named Matheran, which is close to Mumbai, it is a little indentical to Zermatt, there are no cars allowed and the air is amazingly clean there. I would recommend that place for sure.
