I started to eat clean this week, fed up of the way I look and feel. I'm want to drop 30 pounds of fat, as you get older you start to realise fitness is very important.
Eating healthy is always important, you may be able to set a goal of eliminating 30 pounds of fat by an estimated date. That would be kind of like a challenge yourself. Apparently you also made a change in your avatar image! It looks cool ;).

I hear you! Still trying to lose some pounds from my pregnancy, it's hard. A home-cooked meal can take lots of time too. I double batch everything. For me drinking lots of water is still the easiest to avoid snacking. Bonne chance! I am with you!
