Did you see that I actually wrote some code, on that post? Not much, just a regex to convert a Steemit comment's URL to the Steemdb "view edits" URL, but it's something! :) http://libertyteeth.xyz/show-steemit-edits/ (it doesn't open in a new tab just yet...) @goldkey was instrumental in motivating me to try it. Yeah, he started out writing software and after his daughter was born, decided to give it up and write music for a living, which his wife supported.
He did a great concert in which he talks about the meanings of his songs, in between them. I really enjoyed it. His song "You Ruined Everything" was written to his daughter, and is really touching because it's somewhat the opposite of the title, in the rest of the lyrics. :) He talks about it in this concert:

You're welcome! I think there are only two of his songs that I don't like. Really enjoying his new-to-me album (from 2011) "Artificial Heart"; I have it on my phone, and start it before watering the garden, which generally takes about 3/4 of the album. :)
