I used a spreadsheet to help tabulate the results, as well as a short program I wrote.

Some metrics: there were 198 votes in total, voting for 102 different accounts.

The top-voted account was @onos, with 13 votes.
Two accounts received 6 votes: @phunke and @yaanivapeji.
Three accounts received 5 votes: @bearbear613, @nairadaddy, and @sussan.
Three accounts received 4 votes: @amec, @klborillo, and @michaelcj.
Six accounts received 3 votes: @evelynbelle, @greenrun, @jaff8, @jon24jon24, @juliusfatai, @tfame3865, and @tolarnee.

Next, there were 13 accounts which received 2 votes. The above are 16 accounts, and I said I'd upvote 20. So, I was left with a quandary: how do I select four out of these thirteen?

I decided to start with "participation award", and if the account had voted, to give it a nudge ahead. And, it turned out that exactly four accounts of those with two votes had voted, which makes the total of 20!

Those four accounts with 2 votes which voted are: @maxdevalue, @piiieeeeeee (count the i's and e's! :) ), @rufans, and @stevenmosoes.

I have added all these accounts to my http://steemvoter.com rules, at 100% vote each. There were also three others who had won a previous contest, which I will leave there; those are: @scandinavianlife, @bellecrosshens, and @troilo, so I currently have 23 rules out of a maximum of 200 that I could create.

My voting power is currently at 98.44%; the http://steemnow.com interface now tells you how long until fully recharged, it says mine will be in 2 hours. My 100% upvote is currently worth $3.61; the value of STEEM must have gone down in the past week, as a 100% upvote at 100% voting power was $4.01 back then. Yeah, looks like one STEEM is 87.5 cents right now.

Also note that if I notice my voting power going down significantly, I will reduce the voting percentage for everyone; probably to 50%, and then make further adjustments as time goes on.

One goal here is for me to never be at 100% voting power, because then it's somewhat "wasted" -- by not spending it, I'm not recharging it, and thus the time at which I'm sitting at 100%, I'm not helping the community as much as I could be. Hence, this initiative.

Probably, the next contest I run will replace the existing rules, rather than add to them. But, since I didn't mention that in this contest, I'll leave the existing three for now.

Oh, and here's an image I made recently which reminds me of an apartment my wife lived in decades ago when we worked together. She and her roommates decided to "splatter-paint" the walls, which ended up looking really neat!

The thing about that event was, though, that they were drinking while doing it. They started at the right, and made their way around the room, working towards the left. The paint got thicker and thicker as the painting progressed! :)
