Thank you so much for sharing this with us. I am thinking day in and day out about the implications of smoking on my health. I feel bad when I go to sleep, my throat hurts, I cough from time to time, but every morning, I wake up, make myself a cup of coffee and start smoking again ... I find it very difficult to say no. The only thing I managed to do is to suppress my cravings a bit, and not smoke cigarette after cigarette. I end up smoking about 7-8 of them per day. But I wanna go down to 5, then 3, then 1, then none.
