5 Bullet Friday

Hi All!

Here is your weekly dose of “5-Bullet Friday,” a list of what I’m enjoying or pondering. I've been reading Tim Ferriss's 5 Bullet Friday for a long time and I figured that I should get into a habit of making my own.

Music I’m listening to —
Shpongle - Tales of the Inexpressible

Purchase I’m enjoying —
Captain of Crush Hand Gripper
I have been meaning to get one for years now to train my grip strength and I finally settled on getting the Trainer, which has 100lbs of resistance. It's surprisingly challenging. I could not close it in my left hand all the time.

What I’m reading —
"Trump: Man of Science?" by Scott Adams
This is the best article I've seen written about the scientific method for a while. It's very thought provoking and forces you to question your subjective interpretation of reality and human psychology.

Podcast I'm listening to —
A16Z: No if, but How - When Technology is Inevitable with Kevin Kelly
Key take aways: Technology increases socializing rather than creating stereotypical asocial nerds in basements interacting only with machines. Augmented reality can increase socializing with other human beings, and trolling could take on a new form in AR and VR.

Quote I’m pondering —
"Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe." - Abraham Lincoln.

Please let me know your requests and suggestions in the comments below. Which bullet above is your favorite? What do you want more or less of?

Thanks for reading! Have a wonderful weekend,

Limitless
