60 Day Six Pack Challenge: Day 7

It's already day 7 and down several LBs.

Feeling good.

Ate pretty well today. Had a couple of snacks I shouldn't have, but overall a good day.

Had the normal fruit and protein powder smoothie for breakfast.

Also had an avocado for a mid-morning snack.

Then, left over veggie and shrimp rice for lunch.

Had some sushi for a mid-day snack and beef pasta for dinner (probably not the best choice, but I'm not perfect)

I also wanted to share with you the multi-vitamin I have been using.

It's always best to take vitamins in liquid form if possible and this is one of the best I've ever had.

No exercise again today. A bit cold here in Iowa, but warming up to the upper 40's tomorrow, so I'll get out for a jog and lift some weights.
