NO, WE ARE NOT TRAINING LIKE THEY DO IN THE MILITARY. THIS IS NOTHING LIKE THAT. BUT..IF YOU'RE ANYTHING LIKE ME, LOSING WEIGHT HAS BEEN ONE OF THE MANY STRUGGLES IN LIFE. I ENJOY FOOD, I CAN ALMOST SAY THAT I AM IN LOVE WITH FOOD. FOOD IS MY BEST FRIEND, MY CURE TO EVERYTHING.
I HATE WORKING OUT. THAT IS SAFE TO SAY. I GUESS YOU CAN CALL ME A LAZY ASS.
I GOT VERY INSECURE ABOUT THE WAY I LOOKED. BACK IN MY TEENAGED YEARS, I WAS NICE AND THIN. NOT SO MUCH ANYMORE.I HAVE LOST CONTROL.
UNTIL I CAME ACROSS, WHAT IS KNOWN TO BE THE 3 DAY MILITARY-DIET. I HAVE NOT TRIED IT, BUT I THINK I WILL. AND I'D LIKE TO SHARE IT WITH ALL OF YOU. AND IF YOU HAVE TRIED IT, LET ME KNOW HOW IT WORKED OUT FOR YOU. IF I CAN'T GET SUPPORT AT HOME, I MIGHT AS WELL TRY ELSEWHERE, RIGHT?

****************THE MILITARY DIET***********************
Day 1:
◦Breakfast -1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Slice of Toast, 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter, and Coffee or Tea
◦Lunch -1/2 Cup of Tuna, 1 Slice of Toast, and Coffee or Tea
◦Dinner -3 ounces of any type of meat, 1 Cup of Green Beans, 1/2 Banana, 1 Small Apple, and 1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
Day 2:
◦Breakfast -1 egg, 1 Slice of Toast, and 1/2 Banana
◦Lunch -1 Cup of Cottage Cheese, 1 Hard Boiled Egg, and 5 Saltine Crackers
◦Dinner -2 Hot Dogs, 1 Cup of Broccoli, 1/2 Cup of Carrots, 1/2 Banana, and 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
Day 3:
◦Breakfast -5 Saltine Crackers, 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese, and 1 Small Apple
◦Lunch -1 Hard-Boiled Egg, and 1 Slice of Toast
◦Dinner -1 Cup of Tuna, 1/2 of a Banana, and 1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream
IT DOESN'T SOUND TOO DELICIOUS AND FULFILLING TO ME, BUT HEY, IF WE WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT, WE NEED TO TRY.
THEY SAY THAT WITH THIS DIET, YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 10 POUNDS IN A MATTER OF 3 DAYS. BUT WHEN YOU START FROM DAY 1, IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO SKIP THE OTHER 2 DAYS. AND NO CHEATING. YOU CAN NOT HAVE ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT IS LISTED, FOR THESE IMPORTANT 3 DAYS OF "TRAINING".
WE ALL KNOW THAT DRINKING WATER AND PLENTY OF IT HELPS WITH LOSING WEIGHT AS WELL. SO IF YOU'RE A BIG COFFEE DRINKER, OR SODA DRINKER, CUT DOWN. CUT DOWN A LOT. NOW FOR ME, I DON'T CARE FOR WATER. SO I ADD SUGAR FREE KOOL-AID MIX TO MINE.
