Emotion is energy! E motion, Energy-motion. Energy in motion. Energy can not be spent, it can only change form.

When you realize that you have the energy of emotions provoked alone, the energy of your thoughts, focus and beliefs, then you realize that you can manage events that witness! Changing thoughts, focus and beliefs, changing the emotion. A time and your energy!
You manage your own energy! And your reality is a reflection of it.
