Laughing is my favourite medicine!!
These photos are of me in a our little private sanctuary garden and I was trying to be all cool and do some yoga poses ... FAIL haha love it!!
Learning to laugh when we fall and slip in real life has really changed the quality of my life! I can choose to be miserable when I fall and slip in life when things happen to me and sometimes I am miserable for a little while but I quickly snap my snap myself out and remind myself that this is all just an experience and I have the choice to choose how I perceive things.
Laughter has its benefits too!
I mean a good belly laugh is like an ab workout which I’d much much rather do than sit-ups or crunches 😉
Laughter is also said to decrease the stress hormone and increase immune cells which help to fight off disease and infections.
Laughter also triggers the release of endorphins, the bodies own natural feel good chemicals.
Endorphins can temporarily relive pain!
So for those who know me personally probably know that I laugh A LOT, I giggle, I cackle and usually on my own because I remember things that I’ve experienced that I can now laugh at.... so go to a comedy club or hang around your funny friend we all have that friend that makes us laugh! It’s good for you 😊
Or like me laugh when you fall in a yoga pose and when you slip up in life!!
