Hi to all my fellow steemians friends out there,

Good day everyone today i wanna share with you the difference between depression and discouragement.Actually i have a major experience to that in the year of 2010.

What is the feeling of depression?

As y experience this how im feeling on it.There is a feelingof depression symptoms.First i woke up so early in the morning.Sevond it changed my apetite that because i don't want to eat anymore .I feel like im eating that cannot be swallowed.I cried a lot because i said why he do this to me.I dont what is my mistake.

Thirdly i have difficulties in making my big strong decision.And this is the worst feeling even do.Even do i have no work done at the time.I feel so tired and miserable and also hopeless.

I feel that no body cares about feeling alone.I put that in my mind that some of my Neighbors are just good when your facing but at the end they will sucked with me with the knife.

I began to think and lost eveything all things.And i also isolate myself to anyone else even my feiwnds.And this the most worst of all i began to think about suicide.But thank be To God that im still alive now.

in depression you need really a friend that could talk to a real friend or counseling.Even if in the family.Its need to be settle before its too late.

That why many students people also got suicide because of like this.No one ever could take a suicide.To your love ones and most of all talk to God.

Discouregment

is you can feel better qhwn their is a improvement or good news that comes in
Discouragement is line you just discourage in a one thing but when the result is good you can smile at anytime.
