The real difficulty is to overcome how you think about yourself.

For people who are dealing with depression add low self-esteem. We tend to blame ourselves for everything. We never believe that we are enough. We aren’t pretty enough. we aren’t good enough. We aren’t smart enough.

So when someone comes around that makes you feel like your more than enough. When someone comes into your life that you love ❤️ and they leave you with no explanation, it’s hard not to think negatively of yourself.

I struggle with this daily. From a failed marriage which ended in divorce to this failed relationship . I just can’t win right now .
