5 steps to make your life better every week

  1. Send a "thank you"-note to a friend, colleague or family member every morning.
    Research has shown, that saying thanks will contribute to your own happiness.

  2. Sum up what you accomplished every week.
    Whether you work for yourself or for your boss: make sure you make a summary of what you worked on and succeeded at every week. This way you stay updated on your process which will facilitate planning future moves.

  3. Reach out to a potential mentor once a week. Send someone you look up to a message. Tell them how they made a difference in your life or what you learned from them. What else would they teach you?

  4. Make plans with a friend. Choose one friend every day to make plans with. This way you will always remain in touch and it's always great to catch up.

  5. Connect with someone you met. Following up with acquaintances can go a long way. Ask them how they are or just send a link you think might be useful and interesting for them. They will appreciate and especially those weak ties are very powerful.

Assign one action to every day of the week and once a week is over start over on Monday!
