When we touch someone with affection that both people feel about something unique because the stress-producing hormones are reduced, our body's nervous system relaxes and our immune system also improves our emotions and states of Spirits increase in joy.

I felt anger inside but I couldn't do anything. I left the hospital thinking about how to make patients smile at least for doctors and nurses who treat them with dignity. Even worse I saw my grandfather live being cared for by the Doctors without love. Like seeing on his face saying that the patient should already go home.
