To continue almost always is not an option, it is an obligation, to get stuck in something is useless, not to fight for what you want does not help either. You always have to allow yourself to move forward because we have all stagnated at some point in our lives and regularly when this happens, our world stops and we stop, but it is a matter of willingness to move forward and face the things that cross our path. And I know that when we go through complicated and adverse moments, there is a part of our brain that encourages us to move forward.

Getting rid of something or someone is sometimes good, then learn to let go and value the moment you have it. Beyond separating or moving away that pile of harmful feelings that always hold us back, it is better to face this knot of feelings to understand and unravel it in order to move forward.

And whenever you're about to throw in the towel, you think you can not remember that there will always be obstacles in this life and even if things get difficult, do not get stuck, because even then it seems that there will not always be a solution for all.
