So as you can tell, I am doing a 45 day weight loss challenge, starting tomorrow. It will end on March 3rd! I am going to try and lose as much weight as possible! I will be updating you guy's weekly, every friday!
How much weight do you think I can lose? I'm around 250, pretty muscular, but have a lot of weight I can lose. I'm going to challenge myself to be at 225, by March 3rd. With all the water weight I'm carrying, I'm sure I'll pass that easily.
