Just as we need food daily for strength, growth and to remain healthy, our brains need to be fed also to stay healthy and sharp.
Some ways to feed the brain to improve intelligence [ in no particular order: ]
- Think positive
- Read a book
- Get enough sleep
- Be curious
- Exercise regularly
- Eat healthily
- Do something new often
- Train your memory
And also don't forget to enjoy this life, cause you only live once.
