REHUMANIZE

in life •  7 years ago  (edited)

I've always been one of those people who never fit in anywhere. No clique at school, no religion, not into fashion, just considered an odd ball. It used to bother me until I realized that the "popular" people weren't very nice people. It took many decades for me to be ok with not being considered ok. Right now my world is my grandchildren, whom I adore more then anything on this planet. I'm doing my best to help them be individuals, but then they 2 1/2, 1 1/2, and 6 months. But my oldest is already reading and doing simple math, so I foresee the possibility of our psychopathic educational system attempting to fit him into the usual boxes. I so much appreciate your videos, essays, and music. Your essays remind me of Zen Gardner, who was vilified and ostracized by the very community that was supposed to be "enlightened". Look him up if you feel like it. He still inspires me, as do you. I'm not trying to stroke anyone's ego here, just stating my appreciation to a kindred soul. Love ya man!

Yes, I know about Zen, because he's a great friend of mine. I know all about what happened. If there were even a shred of proof, I would open mindedly look at it. But indeed, he was just making a difference and they can't have that, so he was taken out of circulation if you will. I was influenced by him because he was nothing but kind to me and although no one is perfect, I appreciate the dude. Good friend. Just talked to him today. Meanwhile, thank you for the kindness and keep in touch. Cheers!
