In life there are moments of happiness, ecstasy, but there are also certain moments more difficult to pass, moments of impasse.
These more difficult moments are the imprints of negative states such as quarrels, irritability, anxiety, depression.
From my point of view, these negative states could be easier to overcome if we try to reduce the stress to remember the reality and give us some little attention. Let's put aside negativity and turn a little bit back on our action as a man. We are not robots to do everything right, we do not have this capacity, but we can control the situation by considering that both me and the others are human, and the mistake is purely human.
Due to the main factor of this negative state, the stress, we people, disappointed with us and others, we get to talk to each other.
And if we do not communicate in ourselves, there are more uncertainties that produce an even more stressful state of affairs.
My personal advice is to get back to reality, to realize we are human and wrong.
