I quit smoking 1 year ago because I just couldn't breathe anymore.. I smoked for 10 years and I switched to snus so you could call me nicotinejunkie ^^
But I can breathe with snus ;) Now I smoke only cannabis !

First of all congratulations on beating cancers butt. Another big well done on stopping smoking. I have an 18mnth old and just the thought of not being there for him would be enough to get me to do anything. I will never be a non-smoker as I smoked for 20 years, but for 9 moths and 8 days I am without any cigerette. Its not easy, I wont lie to you, but its possible even without gaining a lot of weight. Do sports instead of smoking, eat cuccumbers or carrots or any other vegetable instead of smoking and walk stairs as it will make you happy each time when you see you can walk it up easier and easire each time.
