INTENSE ABS WORKOUT ROUTINE + PRE WORKOUT SMOOTHIE RECIPE

An intense AT HOME AB WORKOUT + a Pre-workout smoothie recipe!

SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
2 spotty bananas
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk

AB WORKOUT ROUTINE:
Leg raises x 20
Bear crawl
Ab kick outs/V sits x 20
Ball tuck x 10
Plank Jacks x 20

Rest 2 minutes in between. Repeat 3 times total!
