Do we care about our mind as much as the body?

I want to give best message to the community. We do everything to our bodies. We clean it early in the morning. Let's work Let's feed it. Let’s get water. Let us work to nourish our body. Let's build a house to keep the body. Find a vehicle to take your body. When the body is sick, let's take medication. We do various things to comfort the body. Just think. Surely not all of us do to our bodies? Isn't our mind controlled by the body ...? Do we care about our mind as much as our body? Do we clean it daily like body? Wondering how it feeds us? Did we find out if it was sick?

Just think. The mind must take care of the body as well. It makes the body sick more quickly. If not taken care of, it quickly weakens. It does not make us feel as weak as the body. Sometimes we don't even understand it. People around us understand it. We identify as mental illness when the mind is so weak.
When the mind is weak, the body also weakens. Various symptoms emerge. There are also cases when they are not controlled. When the mind is healed, the body also heals. Have we at any time of the day thought of our minds? We often think about the body. Clean it as soon as it is dirty. Let's get hungry. When tired, let's sleep. But have we ever thought about the mind?

The mind is a wonder-working machine. The mind is very difficult to understand the functioning of the mind. Religious teachings teach us the function of the mind. How to clean it. At least ten minutes a day should be reserved for the mind.

How do we search for the mind?
The mind is not like the hand. It is difficult for us to understand its requirements. Meditation is the only tool for thinking about the mind that calms the mind. Set aside any time of the day to meditate. It is best if you wake up in the morning. Or go to bed at night. If that is not the case, you can use a little rest while on duty. It requires only meditation.

The mind is contaminated with various evil thoughts every day. Various negative thoughts such as frustration, anger, sadness, pain, neglect, and past memories pollute our minds. It can take a long time to cleanse your mind of filthy thoughts, such as the daily waste. But if we spend a little time every day cleaning our minds, just like wiping the garden every day, we will be able to keep things a little shorter. And when the mind is cleansed, we become pleasant people.

Try meditation, such as anapanasati or yoga, or soul meditation. Or, practice mindfulness. Watch the thoughts that come to it. It is best to consult a qualified meditation practitioner. Find a meditation that suits you. Teach your children to meditate from infancy. Even children who see us meditate will become accustomed to it. We are not to blame for the perishing society. Let’s change our children.
