Magic Monk's best, most natural way to strength train for FREE in Brisbane, Australia 魔術僧如何鍛鍊身體力量

I go outdoors rock climbing every Sunday morning at Kangaroo Point cliffs. Since it's raining non-stop outside, I thought I'd write about it instead.

As a person who is slightly on the heavier side (I would say I belong to the endomorph body type), I don't find rock climbing easy. Imagine dragging 100kg of weight 20m upwards vertically. That's what I do every Sunday morning, repetitively.

At Kangaroo point cliffs, which is right in the middle of Brisbane City, you get to rock climb for free provided you have your own equipment. My friend and I set up the ropes every Sunday morning and we often take other beginners to join us. There is plenty of room for everyone.

This is the view you would get if you came with us.

Every time I come to Brisbane that's my favourite running path along the river!

Awesome Shelly! I love your steemit and website! very useful information.

Sweet dude! My roommates have been seriously getting into rock climbing lately, and I have yet to attempt as I have nervous about the risks. Props to you for getting out there!

hey yeah man I agree there are some risks! I get scratches and bruises and even once twisted my foot landing. But hey people are still going on airplanes aren't they :)
