If I had to choose a superpower, It would be definitely be super speed. Why? Because I understand just how powerful one could be. Assuming the physics of the comic universe applies to ours, super speed can make one essentially a God on earth! Here's why.
One Punch
Imagine that my speed maxed out at the speed of sound(760 mph). Also, imagine that this speed applied to all movement evenly. How much damage could I do with one punch? Well, first we have to find the mass of my arm. The average weight of a male arm is 6.5 percent of his total body weight. Considering I way 220 lbs, we get an arm weight of 14.3 lbs. Next, we find the acceleration. In this case, our acceleration would be the speed of sound in meters per second, which is 343.2 meters per second. All that is left is to multiply our mass(14.3 lbs) times the acceleration(343.2 m/s) to get a force of 4907.76 newtons of force. How powerful is that? Well, converted to pounds, the force is actually 1,103 lbs of force. Not bad, but how strong would our punch be at the speed of light?
To calculate for the speed of light, we will have to do the same thing we did for the speed of sound. First, we will skip the mass and just get the acceleration because we already know my arm weight is 14.3 lbs. The speed of light is 671 million mph, which can be broken down to 299 792 458 m / s. Now we multiply the mass(14.3 lbs) times the acceleration(299 792 458 m / s) to get a force of 4287032149.4 newtons. So how strong is this number? Well, you might want to sit down for this one lol. If we calculated correctly, I would be exerting 963,763,410 lbs of force in one punch! That is completely insane!
Although this is powerful, we haven't quite reached that God level I was mentioning earlier. So what if we could travel as fast as the Flash? Well, in the comics Flash has ran at 63,000,000,000,000,000,000 times the speed of light!!! He can even travel across the universe in less than an instant! Since we already have our force for the speed of light, all we have to do is multiply it by 63,000,000,000,000,000,000 and we'll get our enormous number; At this speed we can exert about 60,717,094,830,000,000,000,000,000,000 lbs or 27,540,810,943,439,155,000 megatons of force! To put this into perspective, the earth requires a bare minimum of 53,000,000,000,000,000 megatons of force to be completely destroyed. This means my punch would have 519.6 times more power than is required to destroy the earth!
Final Thoughts
Remember my fellow Steemians, this was a calculation for just a punch. Imagine how catastrophic a kick or even a body slam would be!
I would go with telekinesis. I've wanted to be Doctor Doom since I was 7yrs old.
The calculation reminded me of high school physics. I calculated how much a person would have to bench press one time, at 9.8m/s/s, to burn all the calories in one pound of fat. I don't remember the result, it was many years ago.

It sounds like a headache to figure out. lol. If I had to pick another superpower, telekinesis will be my second pick. :)

So instead of being the flash, you'll be one punch man. Huh
