Time to Harvest the Daikon Microgreens!

These daikon radishes were ready to harvest so I'm figuring out how to cut and bag properly. I will have to figure out the growth rate and time my other seeds to make a good microgreens mix. These daikons are spicy! They may be too spicy for most people on their own.
