It seems man-made climate change picked up steam after USA defeated president candidate Al Gore shared a peace prize for his movie "An Inconvenient Truth" in 2007 and was backed up by the United Nations.
Claiming every heat wave and weather disaster was cause by man's releasing too much carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
He predicted in 2006 that we only had 10 years to save the planet.

5 - Arctic ice melting
6 - Polar Bear extinction
7 - Temperature rising due to increased CO2
8 - Earth would be in a dire emergency if we didn't drastically reduce greenhouse gases in 10 years.
None of these predictions have taken place after 12 years. Yet a good many people especially world leaders are hysterical about what is now called "Climate Change." The name change occurred when the global warming never happened.
In October of this year the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) put out a report warning to keep world temperatures in check, greenhouse emissions must fall 45% below 2010 levels by 2030. In 2050 emissions must fall 100%.
To do this coal used to generate electricity would have to be eliminated, while wind and solar increases. A carbon tax of up $27,000 per ton by the year 2100 was suggested as an incentive.
Renewable energy policies in Europe have fleeced consumers. Manhattan Institute scholar Robert Bryce found that European residential electric rates increased by 63 percent on during 2005-2015—78 percent in Germany, 111 percent in Spain, and 133 percent in the England. Germany’s rate of 40 cents per kilowatt hour is over three times the U.S. average of 12.5 cents.
So the average schmuck will foot the bill for reducing the CO2 released into the air. Whole industries and jobs that rely on fossil fuels will be lost.
Computer model predictions by Gore and the IPCC of a one degree increase per decade have been wrong. On the contrary many places in North America and Europe are experiencing below normal temperatures.
We have come from Global Warming to Climate Change and now according to Dr. Don Easterbrook a climate scientist and glacier expert we are headed into a mini-ice age.

Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is 39/1,000ths of one percent. It’s nothing. Ninety-five percent of the greenhouse effect is water vapor, and water vapor is not changing. …
So are we being scammed about Climate Change?
Al Gore has received over $30 million from George Soros to fund his "global warming propaganda."

I feel a bit of change in the last 5 years but that much. No major changes. Now we have winter here but it is still warm in the day time. If I compare it to last year, this year the winter is late.

It is a mystery. As we don't know what would normalky happen to the earth and atmosphere if people, progress and technology weren't here, how do we know what affect we are having?
Millions that could solve immediate issues thrown at 'what ifs'. Not that we shouldn't pay attention, just prioritize the issue in order of importance.
