At some point this year I’d like to find somewhere to get this book rebound (is that even how you say that?). My grandpa came to Canada in his 20s not knowing any English, with only some change and a small plastic grocery bag. One of the items he had on hand was this Japanese-English dictionary he gifted me. The cover had been refinished before it met my hands, but the binding is so delicate that I’ve just kept it in a box all these years only taking it out from time to time to admire.
