Today I have to admit to binging. I am triggered by filling slightly stressed. After a night of being frustrated, and sleeping terrible- I have a binging episode.

It’s hard to believe that over eating is glorified these days. I feel that fasting has helped my binging issue. I do feel more in control than ever before. I was close to throwing my towel in for the day and sleeping after a binge, but I decided to get my ass up and continue on with my day.

We are in this together! It’s tough to share these type of days, but I know that someone will learn. At the end of the day I just want to continue bringing value.
