Foodphotography: Pancit Miki Guisado

Pancit Miki are fresh slight thick egg noodles. One of variation of Pancit in the Philippines.
This noodle can be either cooked or stir-fried. It can also be cooked in different variety of meat like, pork, chicken vegetables and seafood.
Let’s start cooking! 

Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30mins Total Time: 40 mins
Serving: 7

Ingredients:
½ kilo miki noodles
1 cup ground pork
5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion sliced
1 small carrot sliced
¼ cabbage chopped
½ cup baguio beans sliced
½ pork cube
4 table spoon soy sauce
3 table spoon oyster sauce
½ teaspoon ground pepper
½ cup water
3 table spoon cooking oil

Preparation:

  • Prepare a boiled water, add the miki noodles. Let it soak for 5 mins to remove the unnecessary oil.
  • Drain then set aside.

Instructions:

  • Heat the oil, add garlic let it turn golden brown.

  • Add onion, cooked ground pork, pepper, soy sauce and pork cubes then sauté.

  • Add carrots, baguio beans and water. Let it simmer until the vegetable is half cook.

  • Add cabbage stir for 3mins.

  • Add noodles. Mix together with all the ingredients. Stir, cook for 3 mins.

  • Its ready to serve, Enjoy!

    Note: Add kalamansi or lemon to add more taste.
