It's true we tend to take time for granted.
I too have been a victim of not using my precious time productively occasionally. Time not used in the right way is actually lost forever.

Sure @markdeheide we must try to strike a balance : ) when you take a break, that's still "productive" because you rest so you can recharge your energy levels for productivity. If you work without rest certainly your health will suffer : )

We were just talking about this in our last video! It is so very true. We cannot go back and change what we have done with our time, only start new and try again. It seems to be a lesson people do not learn until they reach that wonderful older age. Maybe time is actually wisdom.
