To be positive through your work

لتبقى ايجابيا خلال عملك .

1-Avoid people that suck up your time.
تجنب الأشخاص اللذين يضيعون وقتك

2-Work on bettering your communication skills.
اعمل على تحسين مهارات التواص مع الأخرين.

3-Take small breaks every so often, drink water, move your body or eate snacks.
خذ فترة راحة صغيرة كل فترة حرك حسدك او اشرب المياة.

4-Keep focused on the tasks between your hand.
ركز على المهام التي بين يديك.

5-Do not over-commit your self.
لا تبالغ باجهاد نفسك.

6- Plan out your day.
خطط ليومك.

7- Work on your time mangement.
اعمل على تنظيم وقتك.

8-Wake up early enough to get yourself together in the morning with out rushing.
استيقظ مبكرا وتجهز في هدوء ثم اذهب الى عملك بدون عجلة.

9-Identify exactly what stresses you at work and make a plan to work through it.
اعرف ما يوترك أثناء عملك واعمل على التخلص منه

10-Prioritize your work.
رتب أولوياتك

11-Break down your work in to small tasks.
جزء عملك إلى مهام صغيرة

12-Recognize where time is wasted through out your day.
تعرف على أكثر ما يضيع وقتك خلال اليوم

13- Get plenty of sleeping.
احصل على قدر كافي من النوم

14-Remember simply that you can not control every thing, and some times you must simply"go with the flow"
تذكر انه لا يمكنك التحكم في كل شيء وانه ببساطة عليك في بعض الاوقات السير مع التيار.
