Your reflection

The feeling of inferiority have a way of manifesting itself. Whenever I see such behaviors I smile, because those exhibiting those behaviors act the the opposite of what they are feeling.

I have to come to notice that those you see at ceremonies wearing aligogoros ( large scarf) and looking expensive are always the poor ones, they try to hide their poverty by dressing expensive.
Same is applicable to bullies and wife beaters, they try to show them self strong by bullying others physically or psychologically while actually they are trying to hide their weakness and insecurities by acting strong.

These behaviors emanate from the quest for people to approve them. The sad irony is that, the people whose opinion they are worried about are very likely doing the same thing.

So the vast majority of people are disempowering themselves, thinking that others are more confident and secure.

When we hide our true feeling, thinking that others will criticise us, we block the emotional closeness that may build relationship.

If you want to be loved, you have to make yourself lovable, and to achieved that, you have to break those defensive walls you build around yourself by acting strong thereby making yourself impenetrable and unlovable.
