Recently,the disease and disorders associated with nutrition have increased sharply;Obesity,anorexia nervosa,bulimia,rumination disorder of the childhood,food allergies and intolerance,cardio-vascular diseases(CVDs),pica,Hepatitis B and more.......
Most health professionals including nutritionists and dieticians world wide are searching for better methods of controlling some diseases and power ways of improving the health of man through nutrition.
One of the nearly impossible events of this
World is bringing out exactly what you
Have eaten for ingestion
You can easily renew what you eat everyday
Not what you have eaten today.

I have lately read a lots of books which teach some weight loss steps/strategies that are not really scientifically proven and tested.Now lets ask ourselves this very question ..What should we then eat?
Do you eat just to satisfy your appetite?
What is the main reason for eating.?Maintenance?Frustration?Depression?Survival?Loneliness?Worry?...
Let me kindly add this morning that A unique person like YOU should not eat any food.
