Who are Rohingya?
Rohingyas are a ethnic minority community in Myanmar. They originally live in the western state of Rakhine State. But the government of that country did not recognize them as their citizens. And the country's majority Buddhists have been accused of torturing them over the past several decades.

The current Prime Minister Narendra Modi also went to Myanmar for the first time and supported the government of that country. India is taking part in the project for economic development of Rakhine.
